Can not syncronize with Outlook

Since the update on Android 7, I can no longer integrate my outlook.de account and has to juggle with 2 calendars. Also does not connect to the preinstalled Mailapp.
As soon as I enter the outlook.de address, I get the message "app is closed".
A reset to factory defaults does not change anything.
I need help quickly.
