In my phone not work any notification from feacebook messenger.
All settings in application and system is ok. I tray instal older version but I do not see any change.
Any solution repair this problem?

Not.even WhatsApp and some app widgets

Solution is to take FB out of the battery optimization.
Go to battery settings, open hamburger menu / dot menu. Select battery optimization settings.
Set app filter to All Apps. Find Facebook. Disable Batt Optimization for it. Done.

I have the same problem once the phone goes into sleep mode (Android marshmellow Doze function) although all apps are set not to be optimized they do not wake the phone so I don't receive any notifications. This includes Facebook, Skype,WhatsApp,alarms, etc etc

I have posted these issues for many months with no helpful responses from Blackview.

Simply put no customer service, that's why I no longer recommend Blackview

i had the same problem, furst time i used the fhone. Solution was update firmware to last.

you have to select in "Settings/Background task clear" all apps who shoul send a notification.

You can open Settings-Sound&notification-Notification-App notifications.
Maybe you clouse it.

I have the same problem for a 2 month now after the update to android 7.0!
Whatsapp, Facebook,messenger,....
When the phone is going in standby there will be no notifications on the phone.
Battery saving is off!
When i open the apps they come in!!!!
All the notifications are good in the setting!!!!
Please help us and explane how to fix it!!!
Not only say look if the settings are good. They are!!!!!
Also the problem with the front and back speaker that are broken!!
They only tell we will send it, but you don't do it for two month now!!
