Does flashing via the pc mean that you loose all your files?

Flash over PC. Local update and OTA doesn't work for me. All bugs with screen and restarts are gone so far. AFTER ONE YEAR PHONE IS WORKING FINE! :D

Uncheck userdata partition in SP FlashTools before flashing if you want to keep your data, but be aware there may be issues keeping the old settings with the new firmware. Usually it's ok, but If there's any strange behavior, you may have to wipe your data.

Updating without overwriting the userdata wasn't a problem for me with this update. In general, it is safer to wipe everything, but I rarely do it because if I find a problem, I can still do it later. And normally there is no problem.

Finaly, i upgrade to this last version (+ root again) and for me capacitive buttons seems a little more reactive but not enough to be perfect ... I would prefer really more !
I know that Blackview have used different screens and drivers and this is reason why i search always a solution for increase the sensibility for root users ... Admin ?

EDIT :
I've solved my screen and capacitive buttons sensitivity with "Glove mode" even if i've upgraded to the last version 20171011.
Precision : i use a tempered glass protection on screen (without it sensitivity was correct).
For get back the old Glove mode you need to root the phone ...

Navigate in a Root file browser to system/buid.prop and search the line :
ro.agold.glovemode=no
change it to :
ro.agold.glovemode=yes

Close and save the build.prop file
Reboot the phone
Done ... the glove mode is again in settings, seems working normal (at least for me) but i have to test it more longer !

After one day experiment glove mode, result is not as good than i expected ... Maybe Placebo effect ? Not exactly ...
I've seen that sensitivity is really better each times after reboot, kill background processus, etc ...
Means that BV6000 have some problems with memory/CPU priority management and it could explain why sometimes capacitive buttons are OK and sometimes not !
If i remove the tempered glass protection sensitivity is OK, but i want to keep it in this moment !
I've tested the app "Multi-action Home Button" and it's for me the best way to have always alternative hidden small buttons just 3 mm just above each capacitive keys at the bottom of the screen if needed.
