The GPS time is very important for an outdoor rugged phone. GPS time is used in many GPS apps and is used for special time in GPS calculators (CMS mode, etc ...) !
Is there a possibility to fix this problem with "engineer mode" ? If yes, how to ?

Edit : maybe it could fix NMEA problem in same time ...

I agree that this is a important issue. I can only report to the technicians who try to fix it and I am not able to tell you any date for the fix.

I flashed this so often in the past...

You could try to
- re-download the file, be sure so select the correct scatter file in the flash tool or
- try to use an other flash tool version.

No, in version 20161216 the problem is because that when i unzip file, the scatter file is named "scatter.txt" 1 Ko ?
In all other ROMs the scatter file is named " MT6755_Android_scatter.txt" 13 Ko ...
But the only serious solution should be to get a fix for the last version ... i really don't understand why it's so difficult for devs !!!
