there is already an update on 20160630, some customers suffer a sim card reading problem.
I will check if there is a new firmware after 20160630.

I also have similar problem, after wireless update. sometime SIM card can not detected. and that's very disturbing to me is the WhatsApp messenger can be connected only for a moment. afterwards, it can not connected. The WhatsApp can be connected only for shortly, after the device restarted.
Please give me your help.

Have you evered download the local update rom to correct this problem.
We have already give the solution, and it works fine to many customers.

I already tried to update firmware using local zip. file that you had provided, but the device inform that "signature verification failed.Installation aborted.OTA failed please power off the device to keep it in this state and file a bug report!"
What I have to do ?

I installed the Update BV6000_Blackview_V01_20160630 via OTA.
Now the phone is not recognizing any sim Card any more

Hi,
you can download the rom which can be just installed via local update to solve the problem.
The download site and manual is already published, and it has helped to solve this problem
of some other users.

It can not be used via OTA,
but follow the listed text manual to get a local update.

Hi there dear Admin..My bv6000 didnt recognise my sim cards..
I tried your solution to update through local storage using the zip file you provided..
It took me to a screen that had a ring and an update tray and message appeared..When the tray went to 100%,
the phone cllosed and reseted but now it only goes dim and stays there forever..No blackview logo appears at start and the phone stays there frozen..
I also tried to hard reset it using Power and +volume button but nothing happens..The phone turns on the screen stays dim and it goes off again...
I had the latest version from wireless update + adndroid 7.0 before using your file..
Looking forward for your answer..
