You have to use the IMEIL tool version from the tutorial (SN_Write_Tool_v1.1604.00) ... More recent tool don't work for me with 20170708 !

hay alguna otra manera de recuperar imei sin ser root

Blackview broke their sensibility because bugs in previous ROM updates and now many users are waiting for a needed fix !
Rollback ROM, factory reset, wipes, etc, ... don't help and you know that very well ...

@bvbw: I use an app that replaces the buttons on the side of the screen. Far from ideal, but better than pushing the bottom buttons 20x before a response!
