Hello,

as someone suggested me, I'll try to flash my BV6000 to last ROM by following the pdf guide; just one thing isn't so clear for me: items #6 and #7 say to press "Download" and then to connect powered off phone to computer; this way white bar on bottom starts showing status, ... and so on

The question is: but if the phone is turned off how can pc even notice it?

Hello Sil,
I confirm, you need to turn off the phone before connect the BV6000 to the PC for flashing a ROM.
It's normal : the PC recognize the device through the USB connection even if the device is power off ... Don't be afraid !
Don't forget to unselect userdata in Sp Flash tool if you want to keep them !
