Could you show us a pictures where the sim cards is inserted?
and any pictures to show the screen noticification when you insert the sim cards?

Factory reset is not helping. I flashed back to 20160608. Once again all custom data lost. Thanks.

Thanks. Flashing the ROM helped me out.

I inserted the Sim Cards on slots 1 and 2 following a youtube demonstration for the BV6000.
It took a long time to recognise slot 2, slot 1 didn't work.
The phone sim card management showed slot 1 greyed out. Cannot change settings because the phone is not reading the sim information.
Now slots 1 and 2 not working because I updated the latest OTA firmware.
Please advise, provide patch or provide previous OTA firmware. Reset factory setting does not solve the problem, I tried that twice.

I'm not an expert, how can i flash it? i tried the factory reset a couple of times but same problem yet.

Are you fixing this by any kind of patch soon? i don't feel comfortable messing with roms and stuff.

In my case, both slots works perfectly before the latest update. I've leave the SIM in the same slot and after the update the phone don't recognize it, and if the phone recognize the SIM is for a while, then an alert say "SIM card removed".
No way to add APN.
When I go to the SIM menu, the SIM1 (In my case) menu is in grey.
I repeat, it's a bug of the latest patch for sure
