How long does it take to update?

Hi all,
I am updating my new BV6000 to 20180104. I did it using local update option. I downloaded the 1,5Gb ZIP file and followed your instructions. Now the phone is "Installing system update" for more than 45min. Is it normal? If not, what is the next step to recover the system?
