The phone got bricked.
And you won't be able to fix is yourself.

I tried to detect if any upgrade was available OTA, but I got the message that the phone is up to date.

The question is: when it will be available OTA an update for those one who do not want to brick the phone following a procedure?

In alternative, is there an assistance in Italy where I can bring my phone and have the work done?

btw, I have Win 7-64, so in case I would need a procedure dedicated to this OS

Is it possible to flash manualy BV6000 with W10 32 bits ?

If OTA update don't work you could try local file update (relatively safe) or flashing over a computer (for experts).

yes it is, you need to install the drivers and sp flash tool heres a link to my tutorial on win 7, theres a link by another user thats for windows 10
