Hi friend, thanks for getting in touch.
1. Before the problem happens, did you set something with your phone or install some app on your phone?
2. If you can send us the related log, then we can well locate the problem.
enter into the engineer code(by#9646633#)--log and debugging--MTk logger--click the red icon on the bottom of the screen to start--while the problem comes out, click the button""stop""
Then connecting your PC and send us the MTK log file and time of problem happening.
Or you try to update BV6000_Blackview_V01_20170517 to see if can fix your problem, we also opened the OTA for this update.

I have never used that intelligent battery mode, so in my case the problem is elsewhere.

I recorded some log files, where can I send it? All files or just some?

Although you say you never used intelligent battery mode, have a look anyway at these battery settings. For some unknown reasons the settings are sometimes altered, hence starting to switch off GPS/Bluetooth/etc... and must be set again to the desired values

All I can say is that after making my own profile and using this one alone, the problems went away.

Hi,

I had the same problem only with my bluetooth device (supporting BLE, Bluetooth Low Energy connection).

I DISABLED Wi-Fi scanning in Location settings, which seems somehow to help keeping bluetooth
connection stabil.

Now my bluetooth device seems to work normally like before upgrading from 6.0 to 7.0.
(I'm using flached ROM version 'BV6000_Blackview_V01_20170517')

'Wi-Fi scanning' will be found in Settings/Location... Scanning/Wi-Fi scanning.
('Scanning' option will be found when choosing three dots at the right corner of the Location page.)

I had similar problems for a couple of days, until I realized what the reason is: I had set automatic battery profile switching ON, with the built-in "intelligent" profile to switch to. Turns out that nothing about this profile is intelligent. It actually switches Wifi and Bluetooth off as soon as the "automatic" kicks in, which in my case was between 30s and 1min. The solution is easy: Never use the profile "intelligent". Rather, make a new one "My profile", in which you set everything to your liking. Let the automatic switch to this profile, or switch off the automatic altogether.
After this simple change, I never had problems again.

Hi Frofa, thanks very much for your answer. It is really very much helpful.
Can you please show us some video on how to do this?
For doing this, we would like to give you some gift to thank you, as long as the reasonable gift you require.
Waiting your reply.
