When will the battery charging issue be solved?

This phone is supposed to have a high availability but it does not charge properly on many occasions.
Using the original cable and transformer:
- When battery at or under 33 or 25% and the last charge was couple of days before the battery will not recharge until it is completely empty. This is extremely convenient when you need to be certain you can use GPS or make calls for a long time!
- Sometimes it does recharge but keeps displaying the same battery level. My phone has been displaying 1% for the last 15 hours and whatever I do it stays at 1%, whether I use it heavily or I plug it on the charger!

This is scandalous and must be solved quickly!

the one you refer to is BV6000 and BV6000s?
if it is BV6000, what's the firmware verison now?

I too have a similar problem. Got my phone a few weeks ago new BV6000 operating system 6.0. Sometimes it will charge fine other times it will stay on the same battery percentage after hours of charging. It states charge times of 30+ hours frequently but will charge on a different occasion in a few hours with no problems. This is with the cable etc provided with the phone, it does the same with alternative cables too.

On a different note are there any fixes for the phone switching off WiFi or Bluetooth or even turning off cellular data whilst the phone is locked and in my pocket?
