Hi , I would like to make a feedback about your product
I'm using one of your product - The Blackview BV6000 , Android 7.0

Usually , the camera works fine , but when I start to make a call in the app called Tango - The front camera is very very dark that I can't see my face .
I though it was broken but when I check with others application , It works perfectly
Hope to see a reply AND an upgrade from you guys

Did you check the camera setting is all ok?

Forfura in this phone is normal! the camera on apps is very dark!

it cannot solved by just update the new one rom
It happened to me, you must reflash with flashtool with flashable rom, then updated with new ota update. this work for me.
