That's sad! Did you try a factory reset? Might work. You'll probably go back to 6 anyway which probably means that you have to flash the phome anyway (and reinstall everything).

Use TitaniumBackup. You can backup all the apps and settings onto a card. Then you can restore them with all their settings.
I’m not sure if it works across major versions, but if not, TB allows just removing them completely again in one go too.
(And in case you have no money, … that’s not a problem either, if you have good enough … goggles. :)

The loudspeaker is essentially useless its so quiet and crappy.

That’s actually a pure software bug.
I noticed that if the system is put some kind of quiet mode by an app, and the app exits, it sometimes fails to become loud again.
(By “quiet mode” I mean something similar to the music muting while more important stuff is played back.)
It is a pretty persistent problem, but I remember that at least once, I got it to be loud again.
I think it was not via that sound “improvement” settings thing, that is known to amplify the sound to clipping. I think it was a combination of changing audio profiles until one differed in one thing that toggled that “quiet mode”. Plus maybe some restarting and being sure before it all, that some services wouldn’t run.

I’m unsure about it, but because it once came and went away again, I’m certain it is a software thing.

This updation is only for 3000 users, and we will see how it works. Now it is still in testing, we will share it timely on forum while it is ready.

Thank you. This is what we needed to hear, months ago.

Why not keep a more open process? Set up a Bugzilla, and get a much higher quality testing and bug fixing process, where your users always know what’s the current status, and you get all the user reactions conveniently channelled into usable bug reports. This is a standard process in the open source world, and a big advantage any such project has.

Eastern shame culture vs western blame culture is not a good combination for customer satisfaction. ;)

Please accept our apology, we're still moving on, though we're a bit slow. :)

Admin,
why do you tell us now that N7 was for 3000 users ??? You don't remind what you wrote some days ago ?
