Use the 16dec16 update.zip found on the forum. Use the local update option of the wireless update app.

Hi,

For safety consideration, we now just release OTA update for android 7.0. And we do not suggest the users to use local update file.

Hi
My phone was updated throw official OTA update on December 25.
Since this update launcher continuously crashes and there is no notifications from Watt's up.
Is there any way downgrade to 6 or fix this bugs?

Regards, Ivan

Works fine for me also.

Will I still be able to get updates after installing this?

To those who are impatient…

I hope that the dev team are currently fixing bugs in the update. I have it, and you don't want it yet till they have fixed the bugs. Too much is unstable, or just doesn't work at all. My phone worked much better on the previous version so, id be happy to hold on if I were you.

I update my Android 6 to 7.
At the beginning I saw small problems with 3g/4g and other people can't call to me (I did not get any info call) . Bluetooth himself turn on always when I turn off display in my phone(and eating battery). I reset network settings but problem still exist.
Finally i create backup of mine important data in phone and reset to factory my phone with android 7.
This was the best decision. Phone working now full normally!!.
Baterry work 3-4 days and all problems solved.
If you like update to android 7 You must create backup, update android and reset phone to factory.
Problems arise sooner or later, so you better do it immediately reset after the update android 7.
Best Regards.

It is not easy to understand the Blackview policy about updating to Android 7.0. It seems that many (not advanced) users have been choosen by BV to become nougat beta testers without even being asked for it and, on the other hand, many others advanced users that really like to test the new version cannot access to it. Is it really so or I am in an error?
