The touch screen BV6000 me in trouble

Hi admin.
I have problems with the touch screen. if they touch other applications, the different applications that are open, as well as I type. I think there is a problem with the touch screen or whether by admin there is a way to solve my problem?

You can try a reboot or factory reset to solve to see if the problem can be solved or not.
