My name is Sanoj and I'm from India. I'm using BV6000 for last one month. But i am facing an issue in using front cam on video call on apps/ volte 4g calling, as it is notvclear at all ( almost dark). But for selfies (including front camera video), it is perfect. But on video calls, it is patetic. In between i got an update too via OTA. There is no change even after that OTA update. Pls provide a solution.

Frontal camera in thrid-party applications to dark... inside room, but outside in suny day well.
I should to use warranty?
