Both SIMs in 2G mode not working when smartphone is charging!

When the BV6000 is put to charge (using the original charger or laptop USB-port), both SIM-card where 2G-mode is selected, no longer see the mobile network. But if the phone is removed from the charge - mobile networks available again. Why? What could be wrong? I am using the latest official firmware 20160919.
