One week ago I bought a bv6000 by aliexpress, since then my camera is absolutely crazy, the firsts days did not open, there was a message like: it is not possible to connect with the camera.
I restarted the phone and cean the cache and then, the camera starts to work but all the photos were blurried, two days later the rear camera has dead it's not possible to connect and the lead one works 180° rotated, i explain it to aliexpress and they told me I have to upgrade my phone downloading a new Rom, but I have no idea what to do. Help me please

Yeah, it's happened to me either, my rear camera can be accessed and the front camera is rolled back 180° such as on that picture
My bv build number is " bv6000_blackview_V01_20161216 "

I am using the phone as a calculator now

EDIT: i see that you did seek support, did you downgrade firmware and clean cache?
