I got a BV6300 and I cannot add the  3 button on bottom of screen  ( recent Home back)  how to manage this?
do I need to factory reset the phone  or any more easy going solution ?

Hello, can you restart the phone to verify it?

I think you want the old navigation style with the 3 buttons at the bottom back. As it was in previous versions of Android.
