Hello,
My name is Sapto, I have facing problem after update the wireless, the problem is WhatsApp messenger not connected.
The WhatsApp can connect after the device power on and restart, but only for short time.
I already reinstalled the WhatsApp, even my device was reset factory, but the problem still happen.
Any body can help me.

Since I installed the latest update , Whatsapp lose the connection and does not send or receive messages until it is restarted. Please, review it.
My versión is V01_20160630

Admin, I also already update about firmware. Now I am using V01_20160704 firmware version, but WhatsApp still not connected after 1 hour.

Firstly I want to say thank you very much to "dabomb", after deactivated "Background Task Clear" my WhatsApp become works normally.
So, for all my friends that who have same problem with me " WhatsApp error connection", please follow "dabomb" suggestion.
Admin, I update the firmware via local update, follow your suggestion.
