Hello! Some time ago I bought the BV 6000, I'm very pleased with this handset, I like it all and I'm happy with it, and I even have this exclusive version with the version of Android 7 But for some time now he lives his own life, restarts when and how much. Often wants, sometimes in a conversation, sometimes even on a shelf. It would not be a problem if i could this phone with that file defect back to the seller, but I've lost contact with the vendor. I live in Latvia, but there is no representation or service center here.
Can you give me some help what to recommend?

update to the latest Firmware and perform a factory reset in recovery after that.

wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume-up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown - press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now
