Dear Blackview team,

I bought a BV6000 in August 2016 and have been very happy with it until next week.

My phone now refuses to charge.
I checked the USB cable and charger provided with the phone and they work. (Tried on another phone).
But when I plug my phone in, it refuses to charge (no thunder and charger not recognized).

I checked the pages of the forum but did not find any solution.

COULD YOU HELP ME PLEASE ?

Thank you for your answer.

Yes, I did try and it does not work with my phone but the original cable and longer connector work on other smartphones. So the cable and charger are not the problem.

Unfortunately the sellor do not have any guarantee and you are fully aware of it... It is the thing : buying a Blackview because it is cheaper but having no proper after sale service. That is quite unfortunate.

I think I found a way to charge the phone in the end. I have to press really hard on the battery cache and it tend to make it work again. But then the microphone refuses to work...

Can you please tell more about the microphone problem?
The person on the other side can not hear your voice?

My phone refused to charge yesterday. Switching the phone off and then start charging worked for me. Noe the phone charges again when it's on. Very strange!
