Sorry I did not mean to patronize your product, but it turns out one of your outdoor mobile phone product easily broken. Accidentally dropped and the screen cracked
to nigth

It is a strong rugged device but not absolutely impossible to damage it. You could buy a new screen or complete front panel for example at ali-express.
