The shop will contact us directly.

The shop is not trading and more !!!!!! so blackview is my only hope !!!!!

I have got exactly the same problem.
I bought my phone on ebay

I am traveling and really need my phone for my trip.
I tried to contact in skype your after sell services and... Nothing...

Nobody repplied.
Can I have an email or something to contact them?


The problem is that:
Bouton on/off doesn t work very well....or when it wants.
The battery need more than 24h to do a complete charge!! in normal power block...

One time the phone were in the water with all off the precaution that it write into the manuel instruction. I did a double check to the silicon cash (black thing to put the cable and the audio jack) but the phone took the water...
The phone has less than 6month! What happen now?
