Dear Blackview team,
I bought a BV6000 in August 2016 and have been very happy with it until next week.
My phone now refuses to charge.
I checked the USB cable and charger provided with the phone and they work. (Tried on another phone).
But when I plug my phone in, it refuses to charge (no thunder and charger not recognized).
I checked the pages of the forum but did not find any solution.
COULD YOU HELP ME PLEASE ?
