Calm down! The Seller is your first contact for warranty! If your seller don't exist anymore and you are not even able to tell BV his name (don't you have a bill?) you should not be so unfriendly.

i have given them all the details I have ,, this has been going on since January !!!! ,, they are the manufactures so the have a duty of care to their costumers!!!!!

I understand that it is quite frustrating when you don't get any answer neither from the seller, nor from BV, or get dummy answers keeping on repeating the same again and again without really understanding the problem...

I also have the same problem... My blackview is not working anymore, but impossible to get in touch with an after sale service...
Mr admin, is there any chance you could give us a contact number, or email address, or link to a website where we could find that ?
