Was that with Glove mode on or off?

My phone came with Android 7.0 installed. I'm thinking that it has to do with that.
The reason I know the screen is OK because in Glove Mode it is hyper sensitive. But without it, the screen sensitivity drops off
dramatically and the three capacitive touch buttons at the bottom of the screen are very difficult to activate.

There is another user on this forum complaining about the same thing after the upgrade to Android 7.0.
