Replacement headphones or adapter

I've hardly used the headphones which came with my BV6000 because of the poor audio qualify. However, whilst using them today (for may the 5th time in total) the wires connecting both ear cables to the junction point came apart

Rather than get a direct replacement can anyone suggest other headphones with a long connector which will fir into the recessed socket? Preferrably with te same type of ear buds so I can use my own custom fit earbuds.
Alternatively, does anyone have a link to an adapter which will allow regular headphones to be used?

Thanks. But that doesn't really help. It appears to be an original socket for the phone. First, I'd have to take apart the phone and solder in that piece. Then I'd still have the same issue with the length of the headphone jack.

What I need is a simple adapter which has an extended jack at one end (just like the original headphones) and a regular 3.5mm audio socket on the other end.

No, that link doesn't help at all - I don't want to replace the headphone socket (and shouldn't need to on an almost new phone!).

I want a pair of headphones or an adapter with a long jack which will work in the recessed socket of the phone

Have you tried any adaptors yet? I just purchased a 6000s and cannot use any of my head phones or USB charging cables. To short as you well know. I live near a small city so I'll go and look for adaptors this weekend, I know we need a tpps that's longer than "standard" audio jacks take. I looked at the suggested Amazon link and they look the same. Wondering if you've tried them. I'll post when I've got something.
