I need help to find a spare rubber seal (the plastic thing that shuts the usb or jack hole, and makes it waterproof). If you have the exact english word, I'd be glad to read it (maybe that's why I can't find it on amazon, alieexpress, etc...).

You can go to the shop where you bought your phone to find out if they will have this spare part.
Besides, you can also go to Amazon, ebay and aliexpress to see if they have.

I actually asked about this a couple months ago. I sent about 10 emails back and forth to the blackview team. They were so incompetent at handling the situation, I just gave up. They told me they would send it, and never did. Good luck, let me know if you find a method to actually get it.

I already told you I looked through those websites already. I think I miss the vocabulary to search for the exact word, so I can't find the part.

iv been looking for that part for six months or more man its not available unless someone at blackview directly sends it to you which they have not for me, they did send me the otg pcb which i didnt need but good luck anyway
