BV6000 Blutooth not staying connected

Wed Dec 07, 2016 8:48 am

Hi,
I bought a BV6000 and it will search for nearby devices and can be seen but it will not send nor receive data and when I try connect to my car stereo (which I critically need as I drive most of the day for work so need bluetooth calling) then it will possibly connect for less than a second and no more. I have been using ear phones but found the ear phones were extremely soft and also people can hardly hear me speak so I tried several different types and still the same. I also can not pick up any fm radio on my phone and I also get airplane mode flashing until I restart the phone. Apart from that it's a great phone! The seller won't help me with sorting out the issues as they say they don't know how to. Please can you help?

Here the same. My BV6000 also lost permanently the connection in Bluetooth mode. I found out that my hands-free kit does not support the Bluetooth version 4.1. I now have a new hands-free kit that can and the problem has almost completely disappeared. I notice significantly fewer crashes. But unfortunately, they are not quite gone. In addition to connectivity, there seems to be a fundamental problem in Bluetooth.
My operating system is V01_20161025 (local update)

Well Blackview BV6000: supports bluetooth 4.0, i personally have had no problem with BT connectivity, i would start with whatever device it is your trying to connect to, make sure that device is fully functional, like check the battery the antenna if it has one, check the device placement, and most of all check another bluetooth device connection to the BV6k, as for that airplane mode symbol you mention i have never seen that, i think my first question would be what Rom are you running it would be a good place to start if everything else checks out, some roms have been buggy so look into that, if it is a buggy rom you might want to consider flashing a stable version like 0613.
hope that helps

Bonjour,
