I have a big problem with the volume sound of my bv6000 phone.
I bought it in september and the sound was great, it was at max volume verry loud, so i had to put it lower.
But now at max volume and lies on the table you don't
It happend two weeks ago. I think it happend after the latest update bv6000_Blackview_V01_20161025_20161108-1812.
I did the factory reset and hoped to go back one version, but it keep the same version 20161025.
Do i have to send the phone back or is it realy a bug in the software?
Do i have to wait for a new updat?
Or do i have to wait for android 7.0?
When will i get 7.0 the release was the 24 of december.

Alston tell me it will be send in February.

In my case the loudspeacker has a low sound with strange noises.
On November I altready asked to service@blackview.hk a loudspeacker replacement but no one anwser to my emails.
Can you provide it, please?

Messing around with MTK engineer mode might end your misery and restore your volume. That is if the speaker is not mecanically damaged...

salut ça faisais 2 mois que le son de mon haut parleur arrière ne fonctionnait plus, je ne pouvais plus attendre, j'en ais commandé un sur internet sur ..... pour 20€ et alleluia tous refonctionne parfaitement. quel bonheur
service@blackview.hk je leurs ais envoyé des mails avec tous les documents demandés et pas de nouvelles sur la réception d'un haut parleur....
