All of a sudden today, my BV6000 stopped vibrating on tap while typing, and also doesn't vibrate when ringing anymore. I rebooted the phone several times already, and rechecked the vibration settings. I also downloaded an app that manually activates the vibration motor, but nothing happens still no vibration.

And before a factory reset, don't forget to back up your information and data first.

I do have the problem with the vibration motor too.
I tried to reset my phone, but no success!
What I realised is, that the motor works by shock.
Is there any other possibility to fix the issue?
