Do you have an example (e.g. a video or audio file) for "strange sounds, such as cracked/hoarse/twisted one"? My speaker is certainly not as good/clear as the speaker of my much more expensive/luxury/non-outdoor phone. But apart from that it seems to me that the speaker of my BV6000 is just fine.

i got my device from eBay...

I wrote a email 11 days ago for a replacement, but nothing happend, no reply, nothing.
