Displaybrightness setting not dark enough

I'm used to work with my phone in the dark. Thats why I set the display brightness setting to the lowest manual value. Also for saving battery power. (my Display needs up to 50% power on my bv6000.) Automatic brightness switch is off so that the display don't blind if I wear a headlight. (My software version is 20161011.)
But the lowest possible manual setting is much brighter than on other phones and even brighter than the lowest automatic brightness. For normal manual setting always include the lowest possible brightness. I see it as a bug that it's not on the bv6000. Please provide a possible darker brightness in manual mode in a future software.
