Getting BV6000 to use 4G LTE

I'm in the USA and using Cricket wireless.
All my firmware is updated.
All my friends get 4G LTE in my city on other phones.
The BV6000 works in 3G mode.
The phone is advertised as 4G but does NOT work in 4G.
Help?

Hi,
if you have ever checked the 4G network brand that this device supports?
The information on our official website will help you.

Apparently your provider use B2 (1900 PCS), B4 (1700/2100 AWS 1), B17 (700 bc) and B30 (2300 WCS) and the BV6000 can work on Band 1 (2100MHz), Band 3 (1800MHz), Band 7 (2600MHz), Band 8 (900MHz), Band 20 (800MHz).
As there is around 70 different 4G frequency band, that's something you check before buying a phone.
Sorry.

Hi,
if the network frequency are compatible on BV6000,
you may need to talk with your network provider to see if they can help you.

Hi admin.
You were right. The provider did not have my 4G activated. Unfortunately, only the second person I spoke with did find the problem.
Thanks for the help and I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
