Otside speaker is very low

my phone is now pne month old.
Yesterday was all ok, but today i can hear cals but only a little bit.
Same when i play music.
What can i doo.
I am from Austria who can repair

Try a firmware update to 20161011version to see if still the problem.

I have the same problem, in august 3 the loupspeaker sound is very low like a front speaker maybe a little slow and the front speaker is low too but just a little and if put the volume in max only have noise, i update via fota but dont not resolve the problem, i have a one month with the smartphone and im angry because this smarphone cost is 200 dls+ and now i cant make calls

Hello, i have the same Problem with my BV6000. Outside speaker is low. Don't hear incoming calls or alarms. Firmware is already 20161011. is there another approach für solution?

I have the same Problem. Speaker is so low that is not possible to use the phone with a Navigation app because its not possible to hear any driving instructions. I already use 20161011. Is it somehow possible to compare how loud the speaker should/can be?
