No sound in call

Hi,
When i call someone, or receiveing a call, i can't hear anything! If i press loudspeaker, then i can hear. Same happens with earphones. But in regular call no sound. I factory reset phone, and i have last update from 16.10 i think. Phone is brand new, 1st day worked perfectly, 2nd day i lost sound.
(sound is so low that u bearly can hear it)
