My mobilephone doesn't show something when some people calls me. When the phone is blocked and the display is black, phone rings and vibrates but nothing appears un the display. If the display is connected (main page with the apps icons) it rings and vibrates too, but nothing appears in reference at the incoming call.

I don't know what can I do.

Help me please.
