Hi all,

Does anyone experience not receiving notifications from your apps? Regardless if the phone is locked, sleep, when you using it?

I have already set to show all notifications when phone lock. But I still done receive notification from some apps.

Your help is much appreciated.

I've just found the solution.
Go to settings - Background task clear
Either put your apps to the white list, or turn it off completely.
Yesterday i got my BV6000 and it was pretty annoying today to not getting notifications.
But as always, if you look through the posts here, you'll probably find the answer and hell yeah

try disabling background app clearing for selected apps. Problem for me was that these apps with notifications were getting killed.

Thanks. I've tried that but apps still get killed and no notification.

I have the same problem with notifications.
Switching off background app clearer does not help.
Admin please reply to all the requests. Show some professionalism with all users. Thanks!
