lock screen doesn't lock bluetooth or wifi activation

Dear all,
I'm very happy with my newly purchased Blackview BV6000
However, I find it strange that on the lock screen, I'm still able to activate and deactivate wifi, bluetooth and mobile data, among other things. Is there a way to change the settings so that the phone asks for the PIN code first? (The same way I first have to enter the PIN when I want to read a message from the notification on the lock screen)
