Repost: touchscreen recalibration

I posted recently asking how to recalibrate my touchscreen and I got one reply, tried s to respond but my response hasn't been posted to the forum.
There is a horizontal band across the middle of the screen that is unresponsive.
Another issue is my sports bracelet (iwown i5 plus) has disconnected from the Zeroner app and cannot reconnect. Works on my old phone running same version of the app and same 4.0 Bluetooth.
Factory reset has not solved either problem.
