Not possible to make and receive calls

Hi
BV6000, two days ago updated to 01-20160704 version
the system sees sim cards (type operators name) but the indicators show that there is no signal.
Rebooting, master reset did not help.

Hello,

where are you from , have you tried this sim card on other device ?
