I tried two different card, formatted to FAT32 (LBA) but the phone doesn't recognise the SD card. Only internal storage exist, I can't find external storage.
The update manager said that the system is up-to-date, but it has the version 20160608.
Any advice please?

Try the SD on other mobile phones to see if it can work or not.
And now the lastest version is 20160822.
If you failed to receive the OTA update, you can get a update via flash tools.
