Hey so love the phone, much like the bv5000 I had.

But the rear speaker has started to fail, it used to be loud and somewhat clear (water proof so never 100% clear I know). Now it at best works at half volume, I can't hear it ringing if it's in my pocket, or I'm driving (not the worst thing), or I'm working. Can't even listen to music or watch videos through it in a slightly noisy environment.

Ear speaker for calls works, headphone jack works as does Bluetooth audio so it took me a while to notice it not being as good as it was.

I would prefer not to return it to the online seller for a fix/replacement, as that will have me without a phone for 2+ months. Is there someone that sells parts like they did for the bv5000?

Well I found a retailer on AliExpress that sells the rear cover with the speaker, so I guess that sorts that out.
