In my browser, Chrome, scrolling doesn't start for a second or two until after clicking my finger. This especially happens on Facebook, but I've never seen these problem before, even with MT6582 ancient processor.

Any ideas how to fix? Please don't say "factory reset". Everything else is fine...quick and smooth. Just scrolling in browser jerky and pausing before it actually starts the scroll.

Try another browser, do a factory reset or choose a update !

Did you just say "try a factory reset"? "Use a different browser" . Try to be serious. I've used well over 50 phones with Chrome and never had this problem. How about reporting it to engineers instead of giving silly advice.

If you are not willing to get a factory reset, then you can just choose a update.
