Hello. My bv6000 fails to work, mic problem in videos.

I've used this phone only 3 times! Only used it when I go out to the mountain, so No crashes, no hits, absolute new and recorded video for 2 times. First time all ok in first day of use. But now, all videos have a crappy lower sound, only in videos, no problem with zello or in calls.

What's the problem?

i also have the same problem with video , vocal on whatas app, and stock voice recorder

please help me, the sond recorded s very low!
