My screen does the same when charging, you have to take charge off to use it properly

1. Try to use original charger and usb-cable.
2. Settings -> Glove mode -> off

does it do it on all chargers? I have an issue with one in my house where it isn't grounded properly and it does the same thing to all my phones. Try a different charger, and cable if possible

I have a charger where it also happens. But other phones have problems too with it. Some smartphones aren't usable at all while being plugged in. The BV6000 has issues and sometimes doesn't react but it seems to handle an unstable source better than other phones. The original Blackview charger works without problem.
So I think it's a problem with a low quality energy source that disturbs some phones. (and not just phones: Had a similar experience with the touch panel of a laptop while using a cheap power supply)
