BV6000 wont turn on

The computer detects it as being connected to a COM port, but nothing comes on the screen.
Please help!

I had the same thing..and the battery was at 40%...No screen nothing...I then put it on the charger and after about 10 mins of trying to power it back up it worked...not sure whats up with that but you might want to try this
