SPEAKER doesn't work...

Phone works ok, but only the LOUDspeaker works... no sound from the ear speaker... all settings seem correct...

You mean the microphone works well , but the earphone has no sound ?
if yes, have you try this earphone on other device to check if it is problem about earphone ?
